Right Side Up helps the women in their care move from lives of addiction and chaos back into lives of dignity and purpose. We speak with three RSU staff members about how they provide support for their clients throughout this journey. Program Director Marcia Smith, Residential Assistant Kelley Thomas, and Therapeutic Child Care Coordinator Alisa Sawyer discuss the importance of structure in the program beginning on day one. They also unpack the unique nature of a treatment program that also works on strengthening family bonds and reuniting families.
