About Us
Mission
To provide compassionate care and holistic treatment and services for chemically dependent women with children, empowering them to lead healthy, successful and substance-free lives.
Vision Statement
Right Side Up (RSU) will be recognized as the leader in providing long-term residential comprehensive treatment services to women with dependent children and to remove substance abuse as a barrier to employment.
About
Founded in 2001, Right Side Up was designed to help indigent women have a safe place to recover from alcohol and drug addiction.
While Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) was established in 1996, the need in the community to help women with dependent children became more and more pronounced. Right Side Up is comprised of three distinct phases that prioritize a woman’s self-care and provide guidance on effectively caring for her children.
Right Side up is accredited by The Joint Commission; a member of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Programs (NAATP); and fully licensed under the laws of the State of Georgia.
